Orange Grove Fizz
A recipe from mixologist Tony Conigliaro.
A spin on a Silver fizz, the Paradiso syrup, made from lemon zest, orange flower water, and sugar, creates a unique citrus element within the drink. The result is a fresh and crisp long drink with a soft floral finish.
50 ml Beefeater gin
25 ml lemon juice
20 ml Paradiso syrup
25 ml egg whites
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with no ice and dry shake.
- Single strain in to a highball glass filled with cubed ice, top with soda.
- Snap a small lemon twist over the glass to extract the oils (discard the twist) and serve.
