Canada’s Best Ice Cream

When we asked judges in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto to narrow their respective cities’ finest offerings into a definitive collection of Canada’s best ice creams—no punches pulled—we knew we were issuing a tall order. Textures were to be considered, flavours sampled, ingredients scrutinized, and processes inspected. The result of this labour, we feel, aptly identifies some of our nation’s best cold, sweet treats.

It was a hard job, but somebody had to do it.
