Dom Pérignon Trinity
A vintage trifecta.
Dom Pérignon is quite possibly the most famous champagne on Earth. A release by the legendary Dom Pérignon is an event in itself. But this year, not one but three new expressions of champagne hit the market at the same time: Vintage 2009, P2 Vintage 2000, and Rosé Vintage 2005.
“Rarely does Dom Pérignon launch three wines in one year,” stated Richard Geoffroy, chef de cave for the French maison, who hosted the fête alongside winemaker Vincent Chaperon at New York’s Irving Plaza. The Dom Pérignon Vintage Trinity came to life in a series of multiroom experiences: spaces designed to accent the influences and qualities of each new champagne.
“Dom Pérignon is an object of fascination to all of us,” noted Geoffroy. It’s a fascination seductive to all the senses.
