Bang & Olufsen’s Magic Flute

Improved bedside-table convenience is the goal of Danish electronics company Bang & Olufsen’s new BeoTime alarm clock. The sleek design was inspired by Mozart’s opera The Magic Flute and features a built-in sleep timer that can switch all Bang & Olufsen equipment in the room to standby after a set period of time. It also controls those same devices while you’re awake. So you can leave a CD playing as you fall asleep, and rest assured it will turn itself off—and the alarm will still wake you in the morning.
