The NoMad Hotel

NUVO Magazine: NoMad Hotel

Less of a wanderer and more of a permanent fixture on the streets of New York, a beaux arts building on Broadway and 28th Street opened up as the NoMad Hotel last year to widespread acclaim. You don’t have to be a guest to snag a seat at one of the dining room tables, and you should; the buzz about NoMad’s culinary team is warranted. Expertly helmed by Will Guidara and chef Daniel Humm (the duo behind Eleven Madison Park), menu must-tastes include butter-dipped radishes with fleur de sel, and NoMad’s most popular plate: the roast chicken for two. The fowl is delivered daily and is whole-roasted with brioche, black truffle, and foie gras tucked under its skin—it tastes as decadent as it sounds.
