- 2 oz Sipsmith London Dry Gin
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- ¾ part honey syrup
Honey syrup is a 50:50 mix of honey and water- it helps the honey dissolve easily into your drink; use it in your tea as well.
1. Combine the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
